Privacy policy

This policy explains what information RV Chooser collects and how it is used. It is a working draft and should be reviewed by counsel before commercial launch.

Inquiries

When you contact a seller through RV Chooser we store your name, email, optional phone number, ZIP code, buying timeline and message together with the listing and page you came from. RV Chooser uses them to pass your message to the seller of that RV and to follow up on it. We do not sell inquiry details to unrelated third parties.

Anonymous usage and personalization

We set a random first-party cookie (uid) to remember favorites and to personalize recommendations from listings you view, save, compare or filter. It is not linked to your identity unless you submit an inquiry.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which collect aggregated, cookieless page-view and performance data.

Retention and your choices

Inquiries are retained for as long as needed to manage the lead and billing with the seller. To access or delete your data, contact us via the contact page. You can clear the uid cookie at any time in your browser.
